Experience As a Designer

I haven't had too much experience as a designer so far. I hand make all birthday cards (I've proudly never bought a Hallmark card) and I'm also usually the one to design and decorate school poster and projects. A few summers ago, my friend and I wanted to expand our babysitting clientele. So, I designed flyers to put all over the town. Finally, every time I am at my grandparents house and we have a large number of people coming over for dinner, I design place cards with each persons name on one. And that's about it! Though I haven't have much experience in design, I think this is going to be a great class.
